The acquisition of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All rights remain with the artist.
Original Works
All pieces are original, one-of-one works unless otherwise stated. Each artwork is created by hand and may contain natural variations in texture, tone, and material, these are considered part of the work’s character and authenticity.
Shipping & Delivery
All works are prepared and packaged with the utmost care to ensure preservation during transit.
Complimentary shipping is included with every acquisition, providing a seamless experience from studio to space.
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided.
Damages
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Each case will be reviewed and resolved with care.
Limitation of Liability
K Abstract is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to assist in resolving any issues that arise.
